Breath Coaching

In as little as four weeks I teach you simple, practical breathing tools that are scientifically proven to decrease stress, reduce anxiety, improve various bodily functions, and balance overall mood. Breathwork has been the fastest growing wellness trend since 2019 because it works. 

Corporate and Community Workshops

Give the gift of well-being to your employees or customers. Workshops are a powerful way to support your team's mind and body. We'll create a custom program to fit your specific needs. Topics include stress management,  mindfulness, dimensions of wellness, breathwork, and nutrition. Group workshops can be online or delivered in person.

About Me

Erin has been working as a Wellness Professional for over 15 years. During her career Erin worked as an Adjunct Professor instructing University Courses in Health and Wellness, a Fitness Director for Collegiate Recreation, a Wellness Coach for a Hospital System, and as a Wellness Director for a non-profit organization.

She holds a Masters Degree in Applied Physiology and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2010. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Erin holds in-depth training as a Breathing and Wellness Coach and focuses her coaching on Stress Managnment.  

Erin founded Breathe Well LLC with one goal in help others breathe well and be well. It is her joy and mission in life.

God has used the "bad" things in my life to bring goodness and a better capacity to help others.
