Corporate and Community Workshops
Give the gift of well-being to your employees or customers. Workshops are a powerful way to support your team's mind and body. We'll create a custom program to fit your specific needs. Topics include stress management, mindfulness, dimensions of wellness, breathwork, and nutrition. Group workshops can be online or delivered in person.
