Breath Work & Guided Meditation
Breathing decreases stress and anxiety, improves immune function, boosts digestion and balances mood. Proper breathing mechanics are important to gain all the benefits of breath work. Clients usually start with 4 sessions to establish good breathing habits. All sessions are offered virtually.
Wellness & Life Coaching
Sometimes we get stuck, we get out of balance and we need someone to help us move forward in a positive direction. A Wellness & Life Coach uses a holistic approach to improve your overall well-being. Together work on the 8 dimensions of wellness and create specific goals to create more peace and fulfillment in life.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Coaching
Being a mom is a consuming role. Sometimes our health and well-being get set aside. Breathe Well Coaching helps pregnant women prepare for labor and delivery using breathing and stress management techniques.
Then after baby (or babies) arrive we work closely at restoring mama's core and pelvic floor. Too many woman have learned the hard way that if they start exercise too soon they could create permanent damage.
The first step to recovery is your breath. Your breathing changes during pregnancy and can remain dysfunctional if you are experiencing feelings of overwhelm (which impacts most moms). If we do not restore our breathing then our core, pelvic floor and back can be injured. After the breath is reestablished we focus on pressure management, mobility, stability and then strength. The goal is strength because moms need to be strong...it's a physical job.
A Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Wellness Coach will help you along the journey that is motherhood. All sessions are virtual so it can easily fit into your schedule.

These are all great reason to work one-on-one with a coach. We use a proven 4-step protocol to decrease fear and build mental toughness which will allow you to learn other tools to refine your communication. Most clients work with us for 6-8 weeks.
Virtual Breathing Course
At your own pace, on your own schedule learn to breathe well.
Our virtual breathing course is over 6 hours of prerecorded instruction. Included is the science of breath, breathing assessments, proper breathing mechanics, guided breathing sessions, breathing for exercise, pressure management and more.
This course also offers you the option to connect one-on-one with a coach to better serve your specific needs.
Private Yoga & Pilates
Yoga and Pilates is a wonderful low impact form of exercise that creates balance, mobility, stability and strength.
Yet, going to a yoga or pilates studio might feel overwhelming. You may need some one-on-one attention to be safe and feel comfortable with your practice.
Private yoga and pilates is a great way to learn the fundamentals with a trusted coach from the comfort of your home.
